Engines
The yacht is powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L diesel engines, each delivering 2,637 Hp, with just 230 operating hours recorded on both units (as of September 2024).
Performance is outstanding: the yacht reaches a top speed of 27 knots at 2,470 RPM, offering a range of approximately 500 nautical miles with a fuel consumption of 1,000 l/h. At the cruising speed of 23 knots at 2,200 RPM, it achieves an extended range of 545 nautical miles with an average fuel consumption of 800 l/h. At economical speed (17.5 knots at 1,850 RPM), efficiency is maximized, with a consumption of 550 l/h and a range of up to 600 nautical miles. At anchor, fuel consumption is reduced to just 22 l/h.
The propulsion system is based on twin shaft lines, coupled with 2 x ZF 5050 A gearboxes and DEDRA 5-blade NiBrAl class “S” propellers, ensuring efficiency, smooth operation, and low vibration.
Engine management is facilitated through two MTU electronic control stations, conveniently located in the wheelhouse and on the flybridge, while ventilation is provided by a dual CALISTRI system, designed to ensure optimal cooling even under demanding conditions.
