Ho conosciuto Oltremare nel 2014 nella persona della infaticabile Roberta Boem perché mi interessava una imbarcazione che lei curava come broker. Devo confessare che, da uomo del sud, non ero abituato ad una professionalità così precisa e spinta, forse perché qui al sud i contatti e le trattative per l’acquisto di una barca sono un po'…….superficiali? Sì. Ho imparato invece che, nel mondo della nautica (ed in particolare nel mondo di Oltremare e di Roberta Boem), queste caratteristiche erano sovrane e da allora mi sono “innamorato” delle doti di questa broker e della sua società, tanto da affidarmi a lei con esclusiva fiducia, che mi hanno portato finora a vendere, con immensa soddisfazione, tre imbarcazioni (non di piccolissimo taglio) e di acquistarne due di taglio altrettanto interessante. Vorrei sinceramente mi credeste….non sono stato pagato da oltremare per asserire queste mie affermazioni……è la realtà dei fatti…..e, se potete, affidatevi serenamente ad Oltremare……anche perché ho ricevuto assistenza anche e soprattutto nel post vendita delle imbarcazioni usate, cosa che non mi era mai capitata e che sono felice di avere scoperto. Buongiorno, La presente per ringraziare la dott.ssa Boem e tutto il suo Staff non genericamente ma proprio perché in così molti anni di interfaccia nel settore nautico, sia local che global, mai abbiamo conosciuto e trovato un sole così raggiante di obiettivi raggiunti: infatti, oltre alla elegante e tenace professionalità manifestata, l’encomio va soprattutto alla sempre sincerità espressa, con costante collaborazione, sia lavorativa che d’animo. Un caro e sentito grazie di cuore.

Ho contattato La Roberta Boem, che conoscevo già da quando ho comprato la barca nuova, per affidarle il mandato di vendita della mia imbarcazione Merry Fisher 925 . Con molta professionalità ha preparato la scheda tecnica e le immagini della barca pubblicizzandola sul suo sito. Dopo qualche tempo mi ha presentato un acquirente Austriaco ed essendo la mia barca un natante mi ha aiutato a risolvere le ostiche problematiche doganali per il trasferimento in Croazia, nonché ha organizzato il trasporto. Con cortesia e competenza mi ha dato un supporto determinante per condurre a buon fine la trattativa moderando e rispondendo alle esigenze del compratore e alle mie. Ha ricondotto ad un piacevole esperienza il momento stressante di vendere una barca, penso che anche per la prossima mi rivolgerò a lei.

Nachdem wir Anfang 2021 unsere Sealine 360 verkauft hatten, gingen wir auf die Suche nach einer RODMAN 38. Im Internet wurden wir schnell fündig, es gab einige dieser Boote zu kaufen. Wir nahmen mit den Verkäufern bzw. den eingeschalteten Maklern Kontakt auf, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten und einen Besichtigungstermin zu vereinbaren. Hierbei kamen wir auch mit Roberta Boehm in Kontakt, die sich von Anfang an sehr bemüht hat. Roberta spricht natürlich fließend Italienisch und Englisch, was für die Kommunikation mit dem italienischen Eigner natürlich sehr hilfreich war. Nachdem wir im Juli in Piombino zur Begutachtung des Bootes und einer Probefahrt uns mit Roberta vor Ort getroffen hatten, war schnell klar, dass es zum Kaufabschluss kommen wird. Im September fuhren wir dann wieder nach Piombino, um das Boot zu übernehmen. Eins sei an dieser Stelle deutlich klargestellt: Ohne die Hilfe von Roberta hätten wir richtig Probleme bei der Abwicklung gehabt. Roberta hat alle notwendigen Formalitäten, wie z.B. die Austragung aus dem italienischen Schiffsregister, wofür ein Notar notwendig ist, gemanagt, sie hat uns bei den finalen Verhandlungen mit dem Eigner unterstützt, sie hat für die technische Begutachtung vor Ort gesorgt, sie hat sich um Liegeplatz und Kran gekümmert und hat uns auch noch von Hafen zu Hafen gefahren. Und das alles in ihrer sehr angenehmen und freundlichen Art. Wenn sich jemand in dieser Branche seine Vermittlungsprovision als Makler redlich verdient hat, dann ist es Roberta Boehm, bei der die Betreuung des Kunden nicht mit dem Verkauf aufhört, sondern sich auch danach noch erkundigt, ob alles klappt. Wir freuen uns, Roberta Boehm kennen gelernt zu haben und wir kommunizieren noch heute, 2 Jahre nach dem Kauf der RODMAN 38 mit ihr. Purchase of sailing catamaran Leopard 50 by Robertson & Caine Through my search in 2023 for a suitable Leopard 50 sailing catamaran, I came into contact with Roberta Boem from Oltremare Telephone contact was very professional and pleasant, no question was too much. Roberta arranged the sea trial, dry dock, overnight stay on island Elba and contact with the owner. Everything went smooth. Next, we travelled from Switzerland to San Vincenco Italy to perform 2 days sea trial as well dry dock inspection on island Elba. Additional we had a Yanmar engine technician on board for full engine inspection and technical readout, organized by Roberta Boem. Special thanks to Christian Ruocco for the technical inspection and pre purchase survey report. In two days I watched him going through any little corner on the yacht and finally presented one week later the survey a very detailed 47 pages survey report. A beautiful yacht, exactly as described by Roberta, no technical issues or hidden defects. Furthermore, Roberta guided us through the process of changing the flag and provided the lead with Wind Service SNC. In the end, and after successful handover there was a 1200 NM transfer in front of me, from Italy, San Vincenco to Croatia, Pula. On the transfer there was no surprise, the yacht showed no hidden secrets. Even better, after sales support from Roberta is outstanding. I contacted her for some support in regard to new or additional parts from Leopard dealer. It was a quick, safe and professional experience, I highly recommend Roberta Boem from Oltremare to anyone who would like to purchase a yacht in a safe, efficient and satisfying way without any reservation. Mi sono avvalso della collaborazione di Marcello Buccella per una compravendita di un natante a vela e sono rimasto colpito dalla sua competenza e professionalità. Quello che mi ha stupito di più è stata però la sua disponibilità, l'attenzione e la cura che mi ha dedicato fin dal primo momento. E' riuscito in breve tempo a risolvere piccole questioni e problemi che, seppur banali, avrebbero ritardato di molto la conclusione dell'affare, consigliandomi sempre per il meglio e nel mio primo interesse. Cela faisait plusieurs années que je cherchais à vendre mon bateau, aidé par de nombreux courtiers, sans succès. Ce n'est que lorsque je l'ai remis entre les mains compétentes d'Oltremare et de Marcello Buccella que j'ai eu la certitude que les choses allaient arriver. Ils ont été très professionnels dès le début avec leur publicité d'avant-garde sur le marché international et l'intérêt le plus personnel qu'ils semblaient avoir à m'aider de toutes les manières possibles. Io e il mio gruppo incontriamo Marcello Buccella per la nostra gita in barca all'Isola D'elba, molto gentile ed accogliente ci ha fatto sentire tutti a nostro agio e rilassati. Marcello ha organizzato un taxi per venirci a prendere dall'hotel al porto turistico e tornare in hotel la sera. Ha anche prenotato un fantastico ristorante per pranzare, il cibo era eccezionale.
